B..........................Open/Close backpack
X..........................Examine 
(Activates tooltips while held over an item)
PAUSE......................Pause
J..........................Open Journal
S..........................Open Spellbook
F1 - F12...................Tool Belt Hotkeys
ESC........................Escape
(Exits spell aiming mode, exits hand mode, closes books and back packs; escape from boats)
SHIFT + Q..................Cycle Toolbar
(Cycles through Max/Min/None toolbar display)

* Some items can be moved, but cannot be placed in your inventory. If this is the case, a red X icon appears when you move the item over your backpack ot toolbelt.

** Hand mode is temporarily activated when an item is dragged. Hand mode frees the cursor from controlling the Avatar's movement and allows you to manipulate items.

Cursor
-------
The cursor colour changes depending on the distance to the object you point at.
Green......................Close range
Yellow.....................Medium range
Red........................Long range
Blue.......................Target Spell mode waiting for target. Press ESC to cancel.


Movement on Foot

Right Click................Move in the direction of cursor
ALT + Right Click..........Move Right
CTRL + Right Click.........Move Left
CTRL + ALT + Right Click...Move Back
SHIFT + Right Click........Run
CAPS LOCK..................Toggle Permanent Running On/Off
SPACE......................Jump
C..........................Climb
KEY LEFT...................Sidestep left
KEY RIGHT..................Sidestep right
KEY UP.....................Step forward
KEY DOWN...................Backward step


Combat
-------
TAB........................Enter/Exit Combat Mode
Left Click.................Attack type 1
ALT + Left Click...........Attack type 2 (if learned)
CTRL + Left Click..........Attack type 3 (if learned)
CTRL + ALT + Left Click....Attack type 4 (if learned)
Z..........................Use shield
T..........................Auto target on/off. 
(The Avatar stays on target even when you move around during the battle)
N..........................Next target (only if auto target is on)
T..........................Abort target (only if auto target is on)

Note I : You must be in combat mode to atteck and use the combat commands.
Note II : You cannot talk to NPCs if you are in combat mode.


Ship Travel
------------
After you learn to sail the ship, Left Click anywhere on the ship to go into control mode. This works even when you are not on the ship. The Avatar gets onto the ship automatically.

Right Click................Move in the direction of the cursor
Left Click.................Fire Cannon
ESC........................Escape out of ship control
