Sit here and I shall read the path of your future". She hands you an amulet shaped like a cross with a loop at the top. It is an Ankh, the sacred symbol of life and rebirth. As the symbol rests in your hand a feeling of peace and benevolence toward all creatures fills your heart. The gypsy throws some powder into the bowls that causes a thick blue smoke to boil upwards from them.
